Simply send us an inquiry through our contact form. We’ll get back to you to discuss your dates, interests, and any questions. Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed on the tour details and received full payment.
We recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead, especially during peak seasons such as spring and autumn. Last-minute requests are also welcome. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Tours generally operate in light rain and normal weather conditions. If severe weather affects safety, we may adjust the itinerary or discuss alternative arrangements with you.

Tours are conducted in English by a nationally licensed guide.
Payment instructions will be provided once your tour details have been agreed. Full payment is required to secure your booking.
Inclusions vary by tour. Your private guide service is included, while transportation, meals, admission fees, and other personal expenses are generally not included unless otherwise stated. Please check the individual tour page for details.
Most of our tours are designed for private groups of 1–5 guests. If you are traveling with a larger group, please contact us and we’ll see what arrangements may be possible.
Yes. We can generally meet you at your hotel or accommodation in central Tokyo. Pickup arrangements may vary depending on the tour, so the meeting point will be confirmed with you in advance.
