1. Acceptance of Terms
Thank you for choosing Emotive Japan. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your request and received full payment. Tour prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY). Payment must be made using the payment method specified at the time of booking. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. A payment deadline will be provided when we send you the booking and payment details. If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the requested tour date may be released and offered to other guests.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are subject to our separate Cancellation Policy. Please review it before making a booking.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking. Please inform us in advance of any mobility limitations, dietary requirements, or other circumstances that may affect your participation in the tour. Guests are expected to follow reasonable instructions from the guide, particularly where safety is concerned. Guests should ensure that they are reasonably able to participate in the activities included in their chosen tour.
5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure
Tour itineraries may be adjusted when necessary due to weather, traffic, transportation disruptions, closures, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of force majeure, including natural disasters or other unexpected events, we may modify, postpone, or cancel the tour when necessary for safety or practical reasons. Whenever possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.
6. Limitation of Liability
Emotive Japan will take reasonable care to provide a safe and enjoyable tour experience. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, accident, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruptions, or the acts or services of third parties. This limitation does not apply where the loss or damage is directly caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the tour.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any matters not specifically covered by these Terms & Conditions will be handled in good faith in accordance with applicable Japanese law.
